Trioford engineered a decoupled, event-driven platform utilizing modern web standards:

  • Live Signaling & Communication: Built on WebSockets (Node.js + Socket.io) and WebRTC for peer-to-peer audio/video streaming, backed by TURN/STUN server clusters for seamless traversal across strict institutional firewalls.
  • Collaborative Whiteboard Canvas: Developed with React.js and HTML5 Canvas with operational transformation (OT) algorithms to resolve concurrent drawing conflicts in real time.
  • Data & Security Architecture: Multi-tenant MongoDB database with role-based JWT authentication, encrypted student communication logs, and COPPA/FERPA data compliance.
